Donation to Farmers Agitation programme
On behalf of our Rajahmundry Division an amount of 5000/- donated to Farmers agitation programme and 3000/- from Ramachandrapuram branch.
On 23rd circle union credited an amount of 1,50,000/- to the farmers agitation programme.
Problem in POS
Comrades while entering weight for booking of parcel in point of sale application it is not showing amount directly in display screen. As such the issue is taken up with TCS, they checked and stated that it will fix in new version release. For information to all.

ఢిల్లీ లో జరుగుతున్న రైతు ఉద్యమానికి ఆర్థిక సహాయం చేయాలని AIPEU Group -C, రాష్ట్రసంఘం నిర్ణయం
AIPEU Group - C, రాష్ట్ర సంఘం కార్యవర్గ సమావేశం తేదీ 13.12.2020 సాయంత్రం 6 గంటల నుండి 9 గంటల వరకు గూగుల్ మీట్ ( online) లో జరిగింది. ఈ సమావేశాన్ని కామ్రేడ్ DASV ప్రసాద్ గారు మాజీ రాష్ట్ర కార్యదర్శి ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ మావేశములో అజెండా ప్రకారం ఈ క్రింద విషయలను చర్చించి నిర్ణయాలు చేయడం జరిగింది.
1) 26 నవంబర్ 2020 ఒక్క రోజు సమ్మె, 2) పోస్టల్ యూనిటీ ప్రచురణ, 3)యూనియన్ భవన నిర్మాణము, 4) ఢిల్లీ లో జరుగుతున్న రైతుల ఉద్యమానికి ఆర్థిక సహాయం.
నిర్ణయాలు
నవంబర్ 26 ఒక్క రోజు సమ్మెను ప్రతి డివిజన్ లో విశ్లేషించుకుని, ఖచ్చితమైన పూర్తి సమ్మె వివరాలును మరియు సమ్మె శాతాన్ని అకౌంట్స్ సెక్షన్ నందు తీసుకొనవలెను.మరియు పూర్తి వివరాలను రాష్ట్ర సంఘము కు పంపవలెను.
ఢిల్లీ లో జరుగుతున్న రైతుల పోరాటానికి ఆర్ధిక సహాయముగా ప్రతి డివిజన్ నుండి Rs 5000 /- ప్రతి బ్రాంచ్ నుండి Rs 3000 /- విరాళాలు స్వచ్చందంగ ఇవ్వాలని నిర్ణయించడం జరిగింది. విరాళాలు పైన ఎటువంటి నిర్బంధం లేదు.(సూచించిన అమౌంట్ కన్నా ఎక్కువైనా, తక్కువైనా ఇవ్వకపోయినా) మీరు వీలుఅయన మేరకు ఎక్కువ మంది సభ్యులను ఈ ఆర్ధిక సహాయంలో పొల్గొనేటట్లు చూడాలి. తద్వారా ఎక్కువ మందిని మనము ఈ ఉద్యమములో భాగస్వామ్యము చేసినవారము అవుతాము.కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం రైతులకు వ్యతిరేఖమైన మూడు వ్యవసాయ చట్టాలునూ , విధ్యుత్ బిల్లులు తీసుకొచ్చింది. వీటివలన వ్యవసాయం కార్పొరేటీకరణ అవుతుంది. ఈ దేశానికీ అన్నం పెట్టె రైతాంగము దివాళా తీస్తుంది, మద్దతు ధరలు , ప్రభుత్వ కొనుగోలు సంస్థలు నిర్వీర్యం అవ్వుతాయి.నిత్యఅవసర ధరలు పెరుగుతాయి.ఆహార పంటలు బదులు డాలర్ల సంపాదన కోసం వాణిజ్య పంటలు ప్రోత్సహించబడుతాయి.ఇది మన దేశ ప్రజల ఆహార భద్రతకు ప్రమాదముగా మారుతుంది. విద్యత్ రంగం ప్రైవేటీకరించబడి, ధరలు అమాంతముగా పెరుగుతాయి. మనము తపాలా ఉద్యోగాల కంటే ముందు మనము ఈ దేశ ప్రజలము,మనమందరము ఏదో ఒక్క విధముగ రైతు కుటుంబాల నుండి వచ్చిన వాళ్ళమే. కనుక ఢిల్లీ లో జరుగు రైతు ఉద్యమములో ప్రత్యక్షముగా పాల్గొనలేక పోయిన ఆర్ధిక సహాయం చేయడం ద్వారా మనం పరోక్షముగా ఈ ఉద్యమంలో భాగస్వామ్యం కావడమే. కనుక ఈ ఆర్థిక సహాయాన్ని ఈ నెల 23 తేదీ లోపు పంపాలని అనుకొంటున్నాము. మీరు ఈ క్రింది అకౌంట్ కు అమౌంట్ పంపగలరు. దేనికి సంబందించి ఏ డివిజన్ నుండి ఎంత మొత్తం వచ్చిందో వివరములు మరియు రైతు పోరాటానికి పంపిన ఆధారాలు పోస్టల్ యూనిటీ లో ను, కర్రపత్రం ద్వారా తెలుపబడును.రైతులు చేసే ఈ పోరాటం విజయవంతం కావాలని ఆశిస్తూ. మునుముందు రోజులలో ప్రత్యక్ష పోరాటాలకు సింద్దంగా ఉండాలని కోరుకొంటూ,

Subject: Eligibility for opening of Senior Citizen Savings Scheme Accounts -Reg.
Sir / Madam,
A POSB customer, formerly employed with M/s. Abbott Healthcare, Tanjore has sought for clarification through email whether he being a retired from a private company and 58 years of age is eligible to open SCSS account.
Detailed procedure related to opening of SCSS accounts have been laid down in Senior Citizen Savings Scheme notified vide G.S.R. 916(E) dated I2.L2.20L9. More specifically, Rule 3 (iil of Senior Citizen Savings Scheme 2019 specifies, "an individual who has attained the age of fifty-five years or more but less than sixty years, and who has retired on superannuation or otherwise on the date of opening of an account under this Scheme is eligible to open the account, subject to the condition that the account is opened by such individual within one month of the date of receipt of the retirement benefits and proof of date of disbursal of such retirement benefit(s) along with a certificate from the employer indicating the details of retirement on superannuation or otherwise, retirement benefits, employment held and period of such employment with the employer, is attached with the application form".
The rule doesn't specify category of employer. Any customer fulfilling the conditions laid out in the Scheme is allowed to open SCSS account in the post office of his choice. This may be circulated to all the post offices.

Minimum SB Account Balance in Post Office Rs.500/- | Message from DDG

SMS is being sent to 87 lakh Post Office Savings Account holders with balance less than ₹500/- and mobile number seeded requesting them to increase their balance to a minimum of ₹500/-.
Circles are requested to sensitize and alert the post offices to encourage such customers. Each such account will fetch us ₹219/- per year, if balance increased to ₹500/-.

అందరికీ సుపరిచితమైన పదమే
అందరికీ పరిచయం ఉన్న మనిషే
అందరికీ ఏదో ఒకటైం లో అవసరవుడే ఉద్యోగే
అలాంటి పోస్ట్ మేన్ గురుంచి ఒక్కమాటలో చెప్పాలంటే కష్టమే
ఉత్తరాలు పంచేవాడే పోస్ట్ మేన్ అని మనం అనుకుంటున్నాం
కానీ ఉత్తరాలతో పాటు ప్రేమగా పలకరిస్తూ ఆనందాన్ని ఆప్యాయతని అందరికి పంచే అందరివాడే పోస్ట్ మేన్
మన అనుకున్నవాళ్ళు పలకరించినా పలకరించకపోయినా
రోజూ సంతోషంగా చిరునవ్వుతో నమస్తే బాగున్నారా అని పలకరించేవాడే పోస్ట్ మేన్

NOTICE
Sir,
In accordance with the provisions of Sub Section (1) of section 22 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, we hereby notify that all Postal, RMS & GDS Employees will go on One Day Strike on 26th November-2020.
The Charter of Demands is enclosed herewith

CHARTER OF DEMANDS PART-A
1. Scrap New Contributory Pension Scheme (NPS). Restore old defined benefit Pension Scheme (OPS) to all employees. Guarantee 50% of the last pay drawn as minimum pension.
2. (a) Scrap the draconian FR 56((j) & (i) and Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules 1972. Stop terrorizing and victimising employees.
(b) Withdraw the attack against the recognised status of Associations and Federations.
(c) Withdraw the anti-worker Wage/Labour codes and other anti-labour reforms.
(d) Stop attack on trade union rights.
3. (a) Withdraw the orders freezing the DA and DR of employees and Pensioners and impounding of arrears till 30-06-2021.
(b) Implement five year wage revision and Pension revision to Central Government employees and Pensioners. Appoint 8th Central Pay Commission and revise the Pay, Allowances and Pensionary benefits of Central Government employees and Pensioners with effect from 01-01-2021.
(c) Honour the assurance given by Group of Ministers (GoM) to NJCA leaders on 30-06-2016. Increase minimum pay and fitment formula recommended by 7th CPC. Grant HRA arrears from 01-01-2016.
(d) Withdraw “Very Good” bench mark for MACP, grant promotional heirarchy and date of effect of MACP from 01-01-2006.
(e) Grant Option-1 parity recommended by 7th CPC to all Central Govt. Pensioners. Grant one notional increment to those who retired on 30th June.
(f) Settle all anomalies arising out of 7th CPC implementation.
4. Stop ban on creation of new posts. Fill up all seven lakhs vacant posts in Central Government departments in a time bound manner. Scrap National Recruitment Agency and introduce Departmentwise recruitment and Regional recruitment for Group B and C posts. Stop re-engaging retired personnel in Central Govt. services.
5. Stop Corporatisation and privatisation of Railways, Defence and Postal Departments. Withdraw closure/merger orders of Govt. of India Printing Presses and Postal Stores depots/Postal Stamp depots. Stop proposed move to close down salt department. Stop outsourcing and closure of Govt. establishments.s
6. (a) Regularisation of Gramin Dak Sevaks and grant of Civil Servants status. Implement remaining positive recommendations of Kamalesh Chandra Committee Report.
(b) Regularise all casual and contract workers including those joined service on or after 01-09-1993.
7. Settle all Covid-9 related issues pertaining to Central Govt. employees and Pensioners on top priority basis. Treat the period of absence during lock down as duty. Grant full wages to casual, part-time, contingent and contract workers during the lock down period.
8. Grant equal pay for equal work for all. Remove disparity in pay scales between Central Secretariat staff and similarly placed staff working in field units of various departments.
9. Implement 7th CPC wage revision and pension revision to remaining Autonomous body employees and pensioners. Ensure payment of full arrears without further delay. Grant Bonus to Autonomous body employees pending from 2016-17 onwards
10. Remove arbitrary 5% ceiling imposed on compassionate appointments. Grant appointment in all eligible cases.
11. Grant five time-bound promotions to all Group B & C employees. Complete cadre review in all departments in a time bound manner.
12. Ensure prompt functioning of various negotiating forums under the JCM Scheme at all levels.
CHARTER OF DEMANDS PART-B
1. (a) Grant of Special Casual Leave to all the employees who could not attend due to Covid-19 related problems and issue of Uniform Guide Lines
(b) Grant of Compensation of Rs. 10 Lakh to the family of deceased due to Covid-19 without any further delay.
(c) Compassionate appointment to one ward of the deceased employee due to Covid-19.
(d) Payment of wages to Casual/Part-time /Contingent /DRM & Out sourced Workers for the Lockdown period.
(e) Continuance of Roaster till Covid-19 Problem persists.
2. Stop Closure / Merger of PSDs/ CSDs/Post Offices/RMS Offices and Mail Motor Services. Stop Road Transport Network proposal.
3. Drop the idea of Decentralization of Postal Accounts offices and merger of Circle office and SBCO Cadre in PA Cadre.
4. Stop harassment and allotment of unscientific targets to open IPPB accounts and Aadhar Enabled Payment Service and Aadhar Card Service.
5. Stop Proposal of Common Service Centres in POs.
6. Fill up all vacant posts in all Cadres and stop Recruitment of Outsourced Postal Agents particularly to run the Parcel Hubs in Department of Posts.
7. Start Membership Verification for Regular and GDS Employees through Old Check-Off System, droop the idea of Online Verification.
8. Implement remaining positive recommendations of Kamlesh Chandra9
9. Finalize Cadre restructuring proposals of left out Categories of Department of Post.
10. Implement 5 (Five) Days Week in all Post Offices and RMS Offices.

Bonus calculations for Postal employees 2019-20 who performed duty without strike will get the following amount as follows:
7000*60/30.4=Rs. 13,816/-
For those who performed 2 day strike will get the amount as follows:

7000/31*29=6548
(77000+6548=83548)
Total 83548/12=6962

The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has given its approval to pay Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB)for the year 2019-2020 to 16.97 lakh non-gazetted employees of commercial establishments like Railways, Posts, Defence, EPFO,ESIC,etc.will be benefitted and the financial implication would be Rs.2,791 crore.
Non-PLB or ad-hoc Bonus is given to Non-Gazetted Central Government employees. 13.70 lakh employees would be benefited and Rs.946 crore will be the financial implication for the same.
A total of 30.67 lakh employees would be benefited by the Bonus announcement and total financial implication will be Rs 3,737 crore.
Payment of Bonus to non-gazetted employees for their performance in the preceding year is usually made before Durga Puja/Dussehra season. The Government is announcing the Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) and ad hoc bonus for its non-gazetted employees to be disbursed immediately.VRRK(Release ID: 1666381)

*దుర్గాపూజకు ముందే ఏటా చెల్లించే ఉత్పాదకతతో కూడిన బోనస్‌ను కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటివరకు ప్రకటించలేదు.ఎన్నో పోరాటాల తరువాత బోనస్ హక్కును సాదించగలిగాము.ఈ హక్కును కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం మనకు దూరం చేయడానికి చూస్తుంది.ఇప్పటికే ఒకటిన్నర సంవత్సరాల పాటు మన హక్కు అయిన కరువు భత్యాన్ని మనకు దూరం చేసింది.ఇప్పుడు బోనస్ ని కూడా దూరం చెయ్యడానికి చూస్తుంది.దీన్ని ఎట్టిపరిస్థితుల్లోనూ మనం దూరం చేసుకోకూడదు.బోనస్‌కు సంబంధించిన ఫైల్‌ను పోస్టల్ డైరెక్టరేట్ కేంద్ర సమాచార, ప్రచార మంత్రిత్వ శాఖకు పంపినప్పటికీ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఏమాత్రం పట్టింపులేనట్టు వ్యవహరిస్తోంది.ఈ వ్యతిరేక వైఖరికి వ్యతిరేకంగా NFPE కేంద్ర కమిటీ ఆదేశాలనుగుణంగా ఈ నెల 20వ తేదీ అనగా మంగళవారం సాయంత్రం ఐదు గంటలకు మన రాజమండ్రి ప్రధాన తపాలా కార్యాలయం ఎదుట ఉద్యోగులకు బోనస్ ను వెంటనే ప్రకటించాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ నిరసన కార్యక్రమాలు చేయడం జరుగుతుంది.ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో బోనస్ కావాలనుకునే వారు తప్పనిసరిగా పాల్గొనవలసిందిగా కోరుతున్నాను.మనమందరూ ఐక్యంగా పోరాడితేనే మన హక్కులను సాదించుకోగలం. మనకెందుకులే అనుకుంటే మనకు స్వాతంత్రం వచ్చేదే కాదు.అందువల్ల మనకెందుకులే అనుకోకుండా ప్రతీ ఒక్కరూ ఈ నిరసన కార్యక్రమాలలో పాల్గొనవలసిందిగా మరీ మరీ కోరుతున్నాను.*

Dear Comrades ,
This year's Bonus to Central Government Employees is not yet declared by the Central Government. Normally , every year Bonus is declared before the second week of October. We suspect some hidden agenda behind the deliberate delay on the part of the Government. From 1978 onwards Central Government Employees are paid Bonus without any interruption. Bonus is a product of historic strike of Railway employees under the banner of Railway Federations and other Central Government Employees under the banner of Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers. Any attempt to deny Bonus under any pretext cannot be tolerated.
Confederation of Central Govt Employees and Workers calls upon the entirety of Central Government Employees including Gramin Dak Sevaks to hold protest demonstrations all over India at all centres and also in front of all offices (observing covid protocol) on 20th October 2020 , Tuesday. Railway Federations have also given a similar call for protest demonstrations on 20.10.2020. Let us be ready for strike with short notice if circumstances demand .
