MORE THAN 90%

Kerala, Bengal, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Assam, & North East and Tamilnadu

ABOUT 60% TO 70%

U.P. , M.P. , Karnataka, Punjab, Haryana, Bihar, Uttarakhand

 ABOUT 50% AND BELOW

Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, (Except P-4 Jodhpur Dn & Dungarpur Division , NO STRIKE IN POSTAL & RMS  IN RAJASTHAN  THIS TIME),  Gujarat

 

No Strike in J&K\

regarding SB account minimum balance

Minimum SB Account Balance in Post Office Rs.500/- | Message from DDG

        SMS is being sent to 87 lakh Post Office Savings Account holders with balance less than ₹500/- and mobile number seeded requesting them to increase their balance to a minimum of ₹500/-. 

       Circles are requested to sensitize and alert the post offices to encourage such customers. Each such account will fetch us ₹219/- per year, if balance increased to ₹500/-.
