PROGRAMME OF ACTION

1. Lunch hour demonstration on 12^th& 13^thMarch 2018.

2. Black Badge wearing on 20^th& 21^st March 2018 containing demands.

3. Mass Dharna in front of all Chief PMGs offices on 25^th April 2018.

4. Indefinite Strike – Date will be announced later with consultation to NFPE.

CABINET APPROVES TWO PERCENT DEARNESS ALLOWANCE TO CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given its approval to release an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to pensioners w.e.f. 01.01.2018 representing an increase of 2% over the existing rate of 5% of the Basic Pay/Pension, to compensate for price rise.

This will benefit about 48.41 lakh Central Government employees and 61.17 lakh pensioners.

The combined impact on the exchequer on account of both Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief would be Rs.6077.72 crore per annum and Rs.7090.68 crore in the financial year 2018-19 (for a period of 14 months from January, 2018 to February, 2019).

This increase is in accordance with the accepted formula, which is based on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission.

Women's Day celebrations at HO

Women's day celebrations conducted by NFPE on 8th March 2018. Nearly 25 members participated in the programme. On this occasion games conducted and prizes were distributed to the winners.

కేడర్ రీస్ట్రక్చర్ గురించి మన సర్కిల్ శెక్రటరి గారు చెప్పిన కొన్ని ముఖ్యాంశాలు
1. వచ్చిన LSG promotion వద్దనుకొంటే తుదుపరి MACP ఇవ్వరు
2. అన్ని B మరియు C క్లాసు ఆఫీసులు LSG ఆఫీసులు గా , A క్లాసు, LSG ఆఫీసులు. HSG-2 అఫీసులు గా అప్ గ్రేడ్ అవుతాయి. HSG-2 పోస్ట్ లు HSG-1 గా మారుతాయి.
3. System Aministrator . Treasurer, CCBDE/ME పోస్ట్ లు LSG గా మార్చడానికి ప్రభుత్వం అంగీకరించ లేదు. అక్కౌంటెంటు పోస్ట్ లు మాత్రం LSG గా అప్ గ్రేడ్ చేస్తారు
4. LSG కేడర్ సర్కిల్ కేడర్ అయినా ట్రాన్స్ఫర్లు డివిజన్ లెవల్ లో ఏస్పి గారే వేస్తారు
5. 2016 transfer guidelines ప్రకారం ట్రాన్స్ఫర్లు వేయబడతాయి. ఖాళీలు తెలిపి మూడు ఆప్షన్ లు కోరి వాటి లొ సీనియారిటీ ప్రాతిపదికిన పోస్టింగ్ ఇస్తారు
6. ప్రమోషన్ తీసుకొన్న వ్యక్తి జాయిన నాటి నుండి మాత్రమే ఆ పోస్ట్ అప్ గ్రేడ్ అయినట్లు గా పరిగణిస్తారు
7. ప్రమోషన్ డిక్లైన్ చెయవచ్చు తుదుపరి సంవత్సరం మళ్ళీ మీ పేరు ప్రమోషన్ కోసం పరిగణలోకి తీసుకొంటారు
8. MACP-3 పొందిన వ్యక్తి LSG ప్రమోషన్ వద్దనుకొని P A గా కొనసాగ వచ్చు
9. ఈ కేడర్ రీ స్ట్రక్చర్ వల్ల సీనియర్లు కన్నా జూనియర్లు కి తొందరగా ప్రమోషన్ అవకాశాలు వస్తాయి
10. దీనివల్ల అదనం గా ఎటువంటి ఆర్ధిక లబ్ధి ఉద్యోగికి రాదు
